our covid cancellation policy:
Should we have to close due to being a location of interest (or other covid related event) we will let you know as soon as possible.
we will then reschedule your show for as soon as we can safely open again and rebook you, as Your safety is always the highest priority to us.
if we have to reschedule a show due to covid, you will receive a full credit with us for your show tickets/packages. And we will personally be in touch with you to rebook your shows at a later date as soon is convenient for you.
please be aware, due to the unpredictable nature of covid, we may need to be in contact with you at short notice, so we will need a cellphone number from you on booking so we can get in touch in case of emergency.
general Refund policy:
refunds are available up to 48 hours before the show for non-covid related issues. we also do not offer refunds for no shows, showing up intoxicated and being refused entry or failing to present ID when required.
